First big batch of changes:
 - merged in Daniel de Kok's audio and linux chapter updates
 - added Daniel de Kok and Grant Beattie to acknowledgements
   chapter. Updated Hubert's info in acknowledgements.
 - added TNF license for 2003
 - minor updates to dns and cvs chapters
