Apply patches from Simas Mockevicius:
- htdocs/lt/Hardware/pci.html (sync with en 1.77 ver.)
- htdocs/lt/Security/index.xml ("Recent" advisories doesn't
                                 include 2001, 2002 or 2003
			         anymore, nuke them)
- htdocs/lt/Misc/features.list (Add non-executable stack and heap to the
  features)
- htdocs/lt/Documentation/index.html (Add link to non-exec.html)
