Fix the "real-base" description.
It is not the address at which ofwboot or ofwboot.xcf loads the kernel,
but the address which Openfirmware is loaded, pointed out by Tim Kelly
on port-macppc.

Also add reference to the entry of "How do I clear a corrupt Open Firmware?"
to recover from wrong setting of the real-base.
