 * fix links in "what changed between netbsd releases"
 * add amd64 besides sparc64 as port who can run 32 or 64bit
 * try to explain what "exportable" means

 * adjust "enabling softdeps" to today's reality
 * for /proc, mention -olinux
 * @reboot in crontab isn't my first choice for starting a system at boot
   time - mention /etc/rc.local
 * remove paragraph on secr.tgz
 * shuffle some paragraphs around a bit
