 * Try to update section on how to build a custom floppy
   (there's lots of data missing, like variables to adjust, etc.;
    should dig up details from g4u ...)
 * Jolied support is in cd9660 fs as of 2.0 and up
 * no need for geometry on vnconfig w/ ISOs
 * Properly capitalize first words in <note> sections everywhere.
 * Update NTP example hosts and link to list of public NTP servers
 * xntpd => ntpd
 * mention rdate in addition to timed
 * Remove nudity in /dev-recreation example
 * various other odds'n'ends
