Update for 2.0:
 * move lotsa stuff around
 * wording fixes
 * add image to show separation between network- and hostbits for IPv4
 * max. hostlen seems 256, sure not 10
 * add a few commands to be cut&paste ready
 * add a bunch of manpage links
 * document ip-up/down
 * update ifconfig output (1.5 didn't have a IPv6 address etc.)
 * document how to set default route, resolv.conf etc. in the
   "small home office" example (which may not be so small these days)
 * Add a "common LAN setup" paragraph, mostly telling that DHCP is what
   they want
 * improve NFS description (needs a lot more work...)
 * some formatting of /etc/fstab screenshots etc.
 * the 6to4 pkg is known as hf6to4 these days
 * show some example-output on how to test v6 connectivity (useful for
   people reading the book offline0
 * remove a dead link to a debian mail archive
