Update for NetBSD 2.0:
 * Show some self-appreciation and don't call the guide "stuff"
 * Improve english and readability
 * Add a note on how to get the guide source using anoncvs & htdocs
 * SGML -> XML
 * Don't send patches to Federico - www@ is it now
 * do NOT mention HTML as possible format for updates - it's either
   XML, or ASCII, or else.
