I'm presonaly track updates via www-changes@ mailing list. There is
also Min Skim's status page, but because we have not well established
translation procedures, it is not helpful as should be. See:
http://www.netbsd.org/~minskim/htdocs/stat/

Yes, it is. You may also take a look onto ruNetBSD "tags" in the htdocs/
ru/ files. There are (for errors/index.* as example):
(0) <!--
(1) $NetBSD: index.xml,v 1.2 2005/07/16 17:14:18 heinz Exp $
(2) OrigDoc: NetBSD: index.xml,v 1.12 2005/07/03 23:29:49 rpaulo Exp
(3) OrigPath: htdocs/errors
(4) ruNetBSD Responsible: mishka (Mike M. Volokhov <mishka@apk.od.ua>)
(5) ruNetBSD $LastChangedBy: mishka $
(6) ruNetBSD $LastChangedDate: 2005-07-08 11:02:01 +0300 (Fri, 08 Jul 2005) $
(7) ruNetBSD $LastChangedRevision: 196 $
(8) -->
OrigDoc and OrigPath (2,3) allows to know where is and which version of
the source document was used. ruNetBSD Responsible (4) is a person who
tracks changes on that file. And ruNetBSD $Last*$ (5-7) is an $NetBSD$
tag for ruNetBSD repository (it will be changed to $ruNetBSD$ after SVN
will support custom tags).
