While that is correct, I do favor adding content over not adding content
at all.  (Especially after we specifically asked for this content.)
Converting this to XML should not be too hard for the current on-call
person.

In the future, though, sending the content to www@ might be a good idea,
as those people can (and want to!  No, seriously! ;-) help you, Izumi,
to get the docs into htdocs shape.
