Post jlam's announcement to the NetBSD news: ``The NetBSD Project
has created a new mailing list "pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org" to better
serve the pkgsrc user community and to help refocus the existing
"tech-pkg@NetBSD.org" mailing list for technical discussions.''
