Added missing information about ibmnws.

Removed ia64 again, this port is not in the tree yet. This document is
mentioned in htdocs/developers/new-port.html so it will hopefully get
updated as soon as ia64 will be added into the CVS repository.

Both changes avoid unnecessary warning messages.
