Add more columns:
	gcc4: do we support gcc4 yet [does not indicate that we switched]
	gdb6: do we support gcc6 yet [does not indicate that we switched]
	timectrs: timecounters [nobody uses that yet]
Also update data for gcc [everyone runs 3.3.6] and binutils
[everyone runs 2.16.1]
