Log Message:
Rototill of the projects page:

- Make the entries more "declarative" by adding several new tags to define
  proposed projects without specifying any formatting.
- Normalize the XML document as regards spaces.
- Add some new styles to the stylesheet so that tables can be rendered
  prettier (if wanted) as well as notes.

Seize the change to improve rendering of programlisting's (avoiding the use
of tables for layout).
