 * Move overview of our organization up
 * Add heading for Board, Office holders and Officers
 * Use less screen estate for info on our board members.
 * use &a.<login>; macros for fullnames, and add email consistently

 * Merge/sync htdocs/Foundation/executive-committees.xml with
   htdocs/People/core.xml and htdocs/People/groups/index.xml
