Add more descriptions in "installing a current snapshot" section:
 - add a warning not to extract userland sets before rebooting a new kernel
 - extract base.tgz first in example
 - note about -p option (perserve perimissions) on tar(1) command
 - add a warning not to extract etc.tgz on the installed system
 - use man page links for postinstall(8) and etcupdate(8)
etc.
