Log Message:
Add dumb and redundant description about issue among kernel modules,
GENERIC, MONOLITHIC, and bootloaders on updating kernel in
"Updating an existing system from a current snapshot" section,
as per popular demand from people who claim "someone should note it."

Any improvements are welcome.
(but please do it yourself as yet another "someone"!)
