Log Message:
Include misc.ent in webpage.xsl so that we can properly reference
&release.latest; for generating online man page refereces. Since
5.0.2 pages are not yet available online (I've pinged Kimmo about this)
temporarily semi-hardcode 5.0.1 as a reference.
