Log Message:
Move the atf tutorial from the root level into tutorials/.  Somehow the
wiki interface did not DTRT because (most likely) I did not understand
it correctly.

While doing so, add much more content that I could not submit through the
web interface because it kept crashing.  There is something in this file
that triggers a problem... have contacted schmonz@ about it.

Submitting now to see if things look good and to correct the file placement
mistake.  This is still far from complete.
