- update package count (this should be done more often...);
- correct update instructions for share/xml/misc.ent;
- comment out (but, _do_ keep) pkgsrc-2012Q1 release announcement
  (all it says is that there _is_ no announcement);
- NetBSD.org URL capitalization;
- take pkgsrc-2011Q3 release announcement from pkgsrc-users@ ML
  instead of current-users@;
- wording changes.
