Log Message:
Add sections describing the build and update procedures using the new
sysbuild and sysupgrade scripts in pkgsrc.

While doing so, I have reorganized the pages a little bit to add an
introductory text to the chapter and grouping the standard/generic procedure
in their own container section (placing alternatives as sibling sections).
