Log Message:
Update instruction for various Allwinner SoCs.

o beagleboard.img no longer exists, just use armv7.img (that is present
from NetBSD 7.0)
o u-boot ignores uenvcmd in uEnv.txt (for the various "sunxi" boards at least)
so it is needed to generate an u-boot script image (added all the needed
instructions trying to keep the script as simple as possible)
