Log Message:
Adjust some existing information and delete parts no longer relevant.

- Remove the rationale part of htdocs/images/empty.gif for Netscape, probably is
  no more used in the wild! (the rationale still applies for lynx-2.8.8.2nb7
  so only adjust the formatting).
- `Sites running NetBSD' (AKA htdocs/gallery/addsite.html) was removed by
  <mbalmer> in 2011-07-30. It is no longer relevant so remove it.
- Delete a reference to Newsforge, it is no longer available.

Suggestions and patches are from Eitan Adler via PR misc/52831, a bit modified
by myself.
