Log Message:
pgp.xml & pgp.html: update the reference to public key servers to ones
that are still operational. (www.keyserver.net is defunct, and
www.pgp.net is an archive site with some links that are broken, from
what I can discern.) While here, make a phrase more idiomatic, and
other minor tidying.
