Log Message:
Rewrite `Configuring the audio device' section pointing to audiocfg(1).

While cat(1)-ing a file (e.g. `/netbsd') directly to `/dev/audio'
has an unique charm and it is a mandatory avant-garde Unix music
exercise, `audiocfg test' command is better suited for such purpose
(and without any risk to ends up with a cacophonic test!).

Mention all audiocfg(1) commands and show an example for each of them.
