Log Message:
Pass `-config /dev/null' to w3m to always ignore possible user's
w3m config.

When generating `The pkgsrc guide' w3m user's configuration was
already ignored thanks to the fake home directory.  However, this was not
the case for other Guide-s in htdocs/.


To generate a diff of this commit:
