Add http:// schema for scheme-agnostic <link>-s

RSS 0.91 standard predates the https:// and according `RSS 0.91 specification,
revision 3' (<http://www.rssboard.org/rss-0-9-1-netscape>) the <link> tag for
`Netcenter usage' all URLs must start with either "http://"; or "ftp://"; to be
valid.

Scheme-agnostic URLs are at least problematic for the Opera browser on macOS as
reported by markus via WWW Feedback form.
