"Please Send Draft"

I've recieved a number of promises from people to provide drafts on
subjects of interest to the WG.

These include:
	- X.509/pkix Certificate usage with ssh (Steve Hanna)
	- Line Mode (Thor Simon)
	- Performance Analysis (Bill Squier).

Also, there have been repeated requests for "ssh/scp/sftp" URI/URL
types but no volunteer to write a draft.

If anyone wants these documents to exist, "please send draft".
