I'd like to start a new WG Last Call on

	SSH Public Key File Format
	draft-ietf-secsh-publickeyfile-04.txt

.. for publication as an Informational RFC; the Last Call period
ends on 11/23/2003.  

If possible, be sure to review the new Security Considerations section
for completeness.
