You've reached the IETF Working Group for ssh and related standards.  I
think you're probably looking more for a software support forum.

With that said, you might try your luck looking for this product at a
vendor's site such as http://www.vandyke.com or http://www.ssh.com/.  If 
you're looking for a secure copy command-line utility, then pscp from 
PuTTY's web site will do the trick too.
