FW: I-D ACTION:draft-ietf-secsh-scp-sftp-ssh-uri-03.txt

I submitted a updated version of the SSH URI draft. Some of the main
changes are:

1. Removed SCP
2. URI format now expressed in ABNF
3. Examples cleaned up
4. SFTP URI section revised

Please take a look at this draft a let me know if there are any issues.
In partiuclar I think the SFTP related sections need review.

Thanks,

Joe
