SFTP : 'supported2' extension.

Hello here,

  The question is about supported-open-flags field.

  How should be treated lower 3 bits of this fields? In Flags field, used
  in SSH_FXP_OPEN command, they means the SSH_FXF_ACCESS_DISPOSITION
  3-bit field, so it seems meaningless to apply bit mask here.
  
  Or these 3 bits should be silently ignored?
