commit of pkgsrc/graphics/tigra did not get announced

I committed a fix to graphics/tigra, which was confirmed successful.
However, the summary of the commit did not get sent to pkgsec-changes@,
nor do I see it on the pkgsrc.se/graphics/tigra log.

Is that a common occurrence?
Or a problem worth investigating?
