We are in a freeze, which means no new packages.  This was announced
on the public lists, our private pkgsrc committers list, in the IRC
channel, and on http://www.pkgsrc.org/is-a-freeze-on/.  Please check
your subscriptions to see how you missed this.

We won't bother with a backout this time, but please ensure next time
that the rules are followed so that it is fair for everyone.
