Just make sure, if the option is NOT set, 
there is no problem before and after patch, and the 
binaries would be the same.

If the option is SET, 
>  PKG_OPTIONS.ghostscript+= disable-compile-inits
before is broken, can not be packaged due to PLIST
inconsistency. And after it will be packaged.

It is not necessarry to package again with any case.
Still it's better off bumping PKGREVISION ?
