Please apply the patches in
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/tech-pkg/2014/03/22/msg012810.html
except last part (pkgsrc/graphics/freetype2/builtin.mk).

pkgsrc-pmc decided not to include this patch in pkgsrc-2014Q1.
I will commit after pkgsrc-2014Q1 branching.
