tdb-1.4.0 requires python34 or later

The latest update of "databases/tdb" to "tdb-1.4.0" in pkgsrc-HEAD
requires python 3.4.0 or later.  If one has not set PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT
to "34" or greater, the default is python27 and the build will fail during
the configure phase when it checks the python version.

Worked after setting PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT=37 and rebuilding "net/samba"
on my netbsd-8/amd64 file server.

For netbsd-7, to avoid the added dependency on openssl-1.0.2, I used
PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT=36.
