filesystems/fuse-encfs compilation error; upgrade

Please advise regarding the following error. This is on pkgsrc-current,
NetBSD 8.0_RC1 amd64.

BTW upstream has released a newer version 1.9.5 as well. We may upgrade in
pkgsrc please. Release notes are here:
