Tested on netbsd-8/amd64 with Android syncthing 1.3.2 from f-droid
(which arrived December 19 and that I had already been running with
pkgsrc 1.3.1!).  Based on success, committed.  Thanks for preparing the
update and testing, and explaining about the QUICK bug.
