I've had that one several times now, last one when I bootstrapped
pkgsrc-current on Ubuntu 20.10 Ampere (on Oracle cloud; btw 4 Ampere
cores, 24GB memory and two 200GB block storage are free over there, a
rather nice test environment for pkgsrc).
building devel/dejagnu separately allows 'make test' to carry on.
