www/palemoon status update

I spent thursday evening porting the Pale Moon browser to NetBSD
as a Firefox alternative.

Notes:
- builds unbranded, no option to build with branding available
  This will likely never be "real pale moon" but rather a
  pkgsrc-specific fork, since only official binaries may be
  blessed.

NetBSD specific features:
- WebGL tested and working
- Audio tested and working
- PaX MPROTECT tested and working (enhanced security!)

Web compatibility:
- youtube, invidious, viewtube: works
  h264 and webm; arcticfox only does webm
- discord: works
  only text chat tested, calls probably don't
  doesn't work at all in arcticfox
- instagram: works
  doesn't work at all in arcticfox
- mastodon: works
  doesn't work at all in arcticfox (must use brutaldon alternative client)
- "new" reddit: works
  old reddit is better, and also works in arcticfox
- eBay: works
  fewer layout issues than arcticfox
- openstreetmap: works
  fails in arcticfox (have to use opnvkarte or google maps)
- telegram: doesn't work
  didn't try alternative or legacy web clients
- ra.co (events booking; heavy!): works
- wise (my bank): doesn't work
  blank page, works in arcticfox!?
- facebook: blocked on my network

verdict: good enough as a desktop browser replacement
