Expat 2.6.3 released, includes security fixes

Hello everyone!


Expat 2.6.3 has just been released.

There are three security fixes in there plus the usual bunch of 
improvements to the build system.

From a packaging point of view 
https://github.com/libexpat/libexpat/pull/870 could be interesting, if 
you happen to have workarounds around calling vanilla autoreconf.

is at [2] with more details.  I'm also happy to answer questions.

If you have patches for Expat that are still required with version
2.6.3, please send them my way so we can get them included with a future 
release.  Thank you!
