wip/py-thermo, inadvertently duplicated wip/py-thermopy

This happened by mistake, though usually I am dligent in updating an
existing package.

Having said that, I think I have captured the dependencies and corrected
the license information, though the package version is same.

I suggest, if original creators / maintainers are ok they can switch to
py-thermo and remove py-thermopy.
