It's 0.11.0.357

Do you have a serial console on this system ? This could give more details
on what's going on.
If a serial console is not possible, try to run
sysctl -w ddb.onpanic=1
and start your domU, but in plain text mode (don't start X11, or you'll
miss a the panic message, if any).

Also, I've tried it only with the brand new xenkernel-4.1.4 for now.
