I am pretty sure not saturated.  pkgsrc/etc. and the images are on zfs
on a SATA SSD.  I get pretty good throughput with dd.  I'm going to move
my pool to nvme which is blazing fast.

Overall, I'm comparing the same workload in bare metal, dom0-foo, and
domU-foo-bar for various styles foo and arches bar.  All of them have
the same underlying data storage.
