Log Message:
Fixes a bug in midi_unit_count.

Dropped byte and message counters now use evcnt.

My state machine could treat an invalid SystemCommon message or out-of-
sequence EndSysex (all protocol errors anyway) as /mishandled/ protocol
errors if encountered in certain states. Fixed.
