At school I was taught to use 2 spaces, it was a requirement for the RSA typing qualifications I have. It's also a habit I probably couldn't break. In the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter, and with so many people doing updates to CHANGES it'll be hard to enforce any kind of scheme.
Totally off the subject, double-space after period is a mechanical typewriter anachronism that you should really break yourself of. I'm sure you're no longer reaching up for the lever to return the carriage, right? -- Hisashi T Fujinaka - htodd%twofifty.com@localhost BSEE(6/86) + BSChem(3/95) + BAEnglish(8/95) + MSCS(8/03) + $2.50 = latte
