I dunno about the "other major annoyances", but I can't see the cursor
getting stuck on row 25 unless you implement not only X3.41/X3.64 but
also the DEC extensions, or at least CSI r.  (Or, I suppose, something
else functionally equivalent, though that seems unlikely.)
