Tested on a NetBook (Acer Aspire One, the first model). Perfectly working. :)
Also tested on a Turion X2 notebook (not working at all with the powernow
driver): working perfectly :)
Well done Jukka!

On my HP Laptop with this quad-core cpu I have:
acpicpu0 at cpu0: ACPI CPU
acpicpu0: C1: HLT, lat 0 us, pow 0 mW
acpicpu0: P0: FFH, lat 4 us, pow 4845 mW, 1600 MHz
acpicpu0: P1: FFH, lat 4 us, pow 4162 mW, 1400 MHz
acpicpu0: P2: FFH, lat 4 us, pow 3062 mW, 1100 MHz
acpicpu0: P3: FFH, lat 4 us, pow 2227 mW, 800 MHz
acpicpu0: T0: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 100 %
acpicpu0: T1: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 88 %
acpicpu0: T2: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 76 %
acpicpu0: T3: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 64 %
acpicpu0: T4: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 52 %
acpicpu0: T5: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 40 %
acpicpu0: T6: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 28 %
acpicpu0: T7: HLT, lat 1 us, pow 0 mW, 16 %
acpicpu0: id 0, lapic id 0, cap 0x0000, flags 0x00117a37
acpicpu0: P-state coordination: 1 CPUs, domain 0, type SW_ANY
acpicpu1 at cpu1: ACPI CPU
acpicpu1: id 1, lapic id 1, cap 0x0000, flags 0x00017a33
acpicpu1: P-state coordination: 1 CPUs, domain 1, type SW_ANY
acpicpu2 at cpu2: ACPI CPU
acpicpu2: id 2, lapic id 2, cap 0x0000, flags 0x00017a33
acpicpu2: P-state coordination: 1 CPUs, domain 2, type SW_ANY
acpicpu3 at cpu3: ACPI CPU
acpicpu3: id 3, lapic id 3, cap 0x0000, flags 0x00017a33
acpicpu3: P-state coordination: 1 CPUs, domain 3, type SW_ANY
estd changes the frequencies and works fine. But I cannot see
which core is in which P-State.
