Vi :P :p not working

Hi,

I've noticed that on NetBSD 5.0.1, 5.1 and current that the :p or :P commands 
in vi don't work.

:previous works, but not p or P as it states in exusage.

To repeat:

Open two files with vi:
ie
vi file1 file2

then :n to edit the second file.
then :p or :P to edit the previous file, at least that's what should happen. 
Those commands do nothing only :previous works (or :Previous.)

Have I found another bug.

Any comments?
