I think I will commit this change, but I would be even happier if we could
find a safe & simple way to not offer "use existing partitions" option
when there are none. The best we can do, AFAICT, is check for an existing
disklabel by running "disklabel -r", but that is not the the correct check.
But this discussion belongs on tech-install.
